Elevated Cleaners was founded in 2024 in Charlotte with a simple goal: to make professional cleaning easier to access and easier to trust.

We saw that many homeowners struggled to find reliable cleaning services that were responsive, consistent, and straightforward. We built Elevated Cleaners to remove that friction—clear communication, dependable scheduling, and cleaning services that fit real life.

As a locally operated business, we take pride in the work we do and the people behind it. Our focus is simple: show up, do the job right, and make life a little easier for our clients.

Elevated Cleaners is a Latino-owned business founded by owners originally from Guatemala. Supporting our community is a core part of why this company exists.

All of our cleaning teams are hired locally, and many have lived in Charlotte for most of their lives. Our team members bring years of residential cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and pride in their work into every home we clean.
