Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. Because we reserve time on our schedule specifically for your home and assign that time to our cleaning team in advance, late changes can impact their hours and availability. This policy helps us support our team while remaining fair and flexible with our clients.

Cancellations:

- More than 48 hours before your scheduled service: No cancellation fee.

- Within 48 hours of the scheduled service: A $50 cancellation fee may apply.

- Same-day cancellations: A $100 cancellation fee may apply.

Reschedules:

- More than 24 hours before your scheduled service: No reschedule fee.

- Within 24 hours of the scheduled service: A $25 reschedule fee may apply.

- Same-day reschedules: A $50 reschedule fee may apply.

Access & Scheduling Considerations

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to lockouts, incorrect entry instructions, or lack of response, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation or reschedule.

Payment Authorization

By booking with us and providing a payment method, you authorize Elevated Cleaners to charge applicable cancellation or reschedule fees in accordance with this policy. Whenever possible, we will communicate with you regarding any fees before processing them.

Flexibility & Good-Faith Resolution

We aim to be understanding and reasonable. Fees may be adjusted or waived at our discretion depending on the circumstances, service history, and availability. Our goal is always to find a fair solution that works for both our clients and our team.
