Cleaning Checklist

Kitchen

  • Spot clean cabinet exteriors

  • Spot clean backsplash

  • Clean microwave (inside & out)

  • Wipe countertops

  • Wipe down and dry dust small appliances and items on countertops

  • Clean oven exterior

  • Clean refrigerator exterior

  • Clean stovetop (surface-level; no burner removal)

  • Clean hood vent exterior

  • Clean sink and faucets

  • Remove trash, replace bag

  • Vacuum and mop kitchen floors

Bathrooms

  • Clean mirrors (streak-free)

  • Wipe down and remove dust from exhaust fan

  • Spot clean cabinet fronts

  • Scrub shower and tub (surface-level)

  • Clean counters

  • Clean sinks and polish fixtures

  • Disinfect toilet and surrounding area

  • Vacuum bathroom rugs

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Remove trash, replace bag

All Rooms

  • Remove reachable cobwebs

  • Dry dust reachable ceiling fan blades

  • Dry dust A/C vents

  • Dry dust light switches and door knobs

  • Dry dust door frames and doors

  • Dry dust window sills and ledges

  • Dry dust window blinds

  • Dry dust TVs, electronics, books, décor, lamps

  • Dry dust wood furniture

  • Dry dust banisters and handrails

  • Make beds

  • Clean front and back door glass

  • Vacuum under furniture where safely reachable (no heavy lifting)

  • Vacuum crevices in living areas

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Remove trash, replace bag

  • Reachable interior window glass only
